Doctors, Psychiatrists : including the Wednesday and Thursday lunch boxes.

Training : including the Wednesday and Thursday lunch boxes.

When registering online, please indicate “Agreement” in the “Comment” field and send us a certificate of support or an order form.

Invoices VALANT AGREEMENT will be sent to the email indicated when creating the personal space and also available and downloadable from this space.

2 – Amount of “non-WADD” delegates :

Psychiatrists and practitioners : including the Wednesday and Thursday lunch boxes.

3 – Amount of delegates “ALBATROS and WADD members”

Psychologists, nurses, social workers, therapist s : including the Wednesday and Thursday lunch boxes.

4 – Amount of “non-ALBATROS and WADD” delegates

 Psychologists, nurses, social workers, therapists, resident doctors and psychologists, doctors from developing countries : including the Wednesday and Thursday lunch boxes.

5 – Student Amount : including the Wednesday and Thursday lunch boxes. On proof to be provided to KATANA Santé by email during payment.

6 – Press Amount : access to the congress is free, access badges will only be issued against presentation of a valid PRESS CARD .

After payment of your registration, a registration confirmation will be sent to you by email, along with your badge with your personal QR code.

Please print your badge with your QR code to scan it with a hostess when you arrive at the congress. If you have lost it, it can be downloaded from your personal space.

Any cancellation must be made exclusively in writing and sent by post or e-mail.

In the event of cancellation made before October 07, 2021, an amount of € 50 administration fees will be retained following your cancellation. In case of cancellation made after October 07, 2021, the registration payment will remain fully due and will not give rise to any refund.

However, you may be replaced or represented by providing us with the names and contact details of the person concerned in writing.

In case of force majeure (border closure, lockdown …) your registration will not be refunded and will be automatically postponed to the next edition of the ALBATROS congress.

If the congress should be canceled due to health restrictions related to COVID-19, the congress registration fees will be fully refunded.

Your invoice and your attendance certificate will be sent directly by email. The documents are also available in your personal space that you created during your registration.

Payment terms for registration for the 2021 ALBATROS / WADD congress

All registrations are made online. Registrations are final after full receipt of payment, except in the case of support from the vocational training services, which only settles after the service has been rendered.
