If the congress should be canceled due to health restrictions related to COVID-19, the congress registration fees will be fully refunded.
Limitation of Liability
The GRAMM association or the agency appointed for the general organization of the WADD/ALBATROS congress will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, the GRAMM Association or the agency mandated for the general organization of the WADD/ALBATROS Congress will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
Indemnity

1. Preamble
The GRAMM Association (Groupement de Recherche pour l’Aide aux Malades Mentaux) provides you with a “member area” which is reserved for you and accessible from the website www.congresalbatros.org
This document is specific to this space and cannot have the effect or purpose of restricting or replacing other documents such as information notices, general conditions of sale, personal data policy and cookies policy.

For a better understanding of these special conditions of the member area, it will be understood by:

The data and content provided by users remain their property.
11. Convention of proof
Connection data, logs and other technical data are considered by the parties as having probative value.

Personal data collected within the member area is collected by the GRAMM association according to their own data protection policy in their capacity as data controller.

13. Nullity
