1. Preamble

The GRAMM Association (Groupement de Recherche pour l’Aide aux Malades Mentaux) provides you with a “member area” which is reserved for you and accessible from the website www.congresalbatros.org

This document is specific to this space and cannot have the effect or purpose of restricting or replacing other documents such as information notices, general conditions of sale, personal data policy and cookies policy.

2. Definitions

For a better understanding of these special conditions of the member area, it will be understood by:

“Member”: any person who has created an account allowing access to their member area;

“Member area”: the individual area reserved for members and accessible from the website www.congresalbatros.org allowing access to certain data or additional services;

“Services”: any service offered to the member from the member area.

3. Purpose

The purpose of these special conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the member area.

4. Duration

These special conditions come into force from their acceptance by the user at the time of creating their account until their final closure.

5. Enforceability

These special conditions are enforceable upon acceptance by the user when registering for the service.

The GRAMM association reserves the right to make any changes to these special conditions that it deems necessary and useful. The version hereof opposable to the user of the member area is the one accessible from the website www.congresalbatros.org

6. Creation of a personal account

To open their space and become a member, the user must first create their account by completing the form accessible from the website www.congresalbatros.org

The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided for the purposes of creating an account and accessing the service.

The procedure for creating a member area via the online form includes the following steps:

Step 1: the user completes an account creation form by filling in the necessary fields, some of which are mandatory depending on the services selected by the user. The information must be accurate and updated regularly;

Step 2: the user reads and accepts the special conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose;

Step 3: Once the form has been correctly completed, the user validates the form and receives an email confirming the creation of an account at the email address provided.

7. Access and use

Use of the member’s area is strictly personal, this area is intuitu personae, so it is at the sole member’s discretion and may not under any circumstances be shared with other users.

The user agrees not to use the space reserved for him under the sole conditions defined herein and in addition:

– not to divert the use of this space for personal advertising or product sales;

– not to commit any act of counterfeiting, not to reproduce, download, represent or modify, all or part of the member’s area;

– not to disrupt the proper functioning of the member’s area.

8. Login and password

The member is solely responsible for the preservation and confidentiality of his identifiers and undertakes to take all useful measures to ensure this perfect confidentiality.

The identifiers are strictly personal and confidential and any past use of these identifiers is presumed to be made on behalf of the user.

In case of forgetting or compromising of his password, the user can change it by following the procedure accessible from the website www.congresalbatros.org

Users are also advised to change their password regularly to ensure their full effectiveness and security.

9. Closure of the member’s personal account

The user can close his account at any time by sending a request by e-mail to the following address: info@katanasante.com

Closing the account, for whatever reason, involves the loss of all data, information and access to the services offered on the member’s area.

The GRAMM association reserves the right to close at any time the member area of the user who fails to comply with these general conditions.

The GRAMM association is also entitled to remove any content that would violate these conditions and more generally the applicable laws in this area.

10. Ownership

The structure of the member area as well as the content provided by the GRAMM association remain its property.

The data and content provided by users remain their property.

11. Convention of proof

Connection data, logs and other technical data are considered by the parties as having probative value.

This provision should be considered as a proof agreement.

12. Personal data and cookies

Personal data collected within the member area is collected by the GRAMM association according to their own data protection policy in their capacity as data controller.

The GRAMM association is in compliance with the regulations relating to the protection of personal data, in particular the general data protection regulations.

When visiting the www.congresalbatros.org website, cookies or connection witnesses may be installed in the user’s terminal.

13. Nullity

If one or more stipulations hereof are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a decision which has become res judicata of a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their strength and reach.

14. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These special conditions are governed by French law.

This is the case for the substantive and procedural rules, notwithstanding the places of performance of substantial or ancillary obligations.

French courts are competent to hear any dispute relating to these special conditions.
