Anders Fink-Jensen is chief physician at the Psychiatric Center Copenhagen, a clinical professor of Psychiatry, and head of the Neuropsychiatric Laboratory at the University of Copenhagen.
Anders Fink-Jensen has been chair of the Independent Research Fund Denmark, Medical Sciences, and served as chair of the Danish Psychiatric Society. He also has significant experience working in the pharmaceutical industry from his employment as a CNS research scientist at Novo Nordisk A/S.
His primary research interests lie in substance abuse and psychoses, and he has widely published in the fields of behavioral neuroscience and psychopharmacology. Lately, his research has involved trying to elucidate the central effects of the gut hormone Glucagon-like Peptide-1 (GLP-1).
