Romain ICICK – Paris

Biographie

Romain Icick is a psychiatrist (MD, HDR) specialized in addiction medicine. He works at the Department of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine in Paris (Pr Frank Bellivier) as a consultant at both the outpatient and inpatient settings. His research work is conducted in the INSERM UMR-S1144 unit, at the Pasteur Institute, and with NORMENT after a research visit in 2020. Based on his clinical activity of referral consultations dedicated to diagnosing and managing attention deficit disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder and suicidal behavior in the context of addiction, his research projects aim to characterize the clinical and genetic risk factors of these comorbid conditions termed “dual disorders” to develop innovative care strategies.
